Purpose: Our ministry is dedicated to planning, promoting, and hosting the annual Saint Lawrence Women’s Retreat, as well as fostering other opportunities for spiritual formation and fellowship among the women of our parish. Our ultimate goal is to build holy sisterhood as we grow in faith, learn to listen to the Lord, and answer His call to make disciples of all nations.

Activities: There are many ways to get involved, no matter your skills or availability! Opportunities include:

•           Fundraising to keep the retreat affordable

•           Planning decorations for the retreat day

•           Helping choose the retreat theme and T-shirts

•           Promoting the retreat (social media, flyers, parish outreach)

•           Praying for the retreat’s success

•           Singing or leading worship during the retreat

•           Assisting in securing a speaker

Volunteer Time Commitment: We appreciate any time you can give! The busiest period is the two months leading up to and including the retreat.
