Volunteers to preferably be 12 or older since they will be lifting heavy grocery bags and cases of canned goods. A parent can bring their younger children to help with other jobs in the pantry, but the parent must also stay with the child. Many times, we have a whole family come to volunteer on a Sunday. It’s wonderful to see our parents instill in their children the ministry of volunteering to help others!
