Description: This ministry is responsible for scheduling families to present the offertory gifts during Mass. We maintain a current list of volunteers who wish to be scheduled to the Mass of their choice as presenters of the gifts.
Membership: Families must simply volunteer to be scheduled for the Mass of their choice.
Time Commitment: The time commitment is that of attending the full Mass for which they are scheduled. Volunteers should also arrive ten minutes before the start of mass to notify the ushers that they are the “Offertory Family”. The frequency at which a family is scheduled depends on the current number of families who have also requested the same Mass time.
